I'm not recieving any emails from you!
Please check your spam folder if you haven't received any emails from us. We send out all orders within 24 hours after the order has been placed and at the same time you should receive your order confirmation and tracking number via email. Sometimes the emails end up in the spam folder by accident. If you're still unable to locate your email, please reach out to us via live chat or by emailing our support team at Support@Compassnature.com
How do i return my product?
We offer returns on all our products. Get a full refund by returning the item to us by mail within 60 days of purchasing the order and within 14 days of recieving the products. Make sure to write the order number on both the outside and the inside of the package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only offer returns and refunds on physical products. Digital products (e-books or courses) are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, CompassNature offers Free Shipping Worldwide for all of our products.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped out within 24 hours and you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order. You can use the tracking number to monitor your order's route using our Tracking Pages. If you are having trouble locating your confirmation email, please have a look in your spam folder as it sometimes ends up there by mistake or reach out to our support team.
Purchases made after 9 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
When can i expect to recieve my package?
Estimated shipping time is between 5 and 16 days depending on where you are in the world.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We have partnered with DHL Express, USPS, FedEx and many more shipping companies in order to make our deliveries as fast and smooth as possible. You will receive a tracking number when your order has been shipped and you can monitor its route from our Tracking pages.
What payment methods do you use?
CompassNature offers secure payment methods and you can choose to pay with: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Klarna, iDEAL, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact or PayPal.

I need to change something on my order. How can i do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

My order status says "Unfulfilled." What does that mean?
"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number, and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."
Why was my order canceled?
If your order was unexpectedly canceled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com
How do i apply my discount code?
To redeem a promotion, simply enter the code you received in the box titled "Discount Code" during the checkout process. Please note only one discount code can be applied per order.
Where is my order?
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail containing the tracking number . You track your package here.
Why is my order delayed?
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours. If your Order Status indicates that your order has not yet shipped but the merchandise is in stock, this could be the result of one of the following:
- We were unable to obtain a proper credit approval for your purchase.
- We were provided a credit card billing address that could not be verified with your credit card issuer.
Please note that it's important to provide the phone number registered with your credit card issuer when you place your order, so that we may reach you to discuss any problems with your order. We use only verified phone numbers in an effort to further ensure your order's security.

What happens if I dont pick up my parcel from the post office?
Unclaimed goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee, currently 29.9 USD. If the cost of the product does not exceed 29.9 USD, we reserve the right to keep the entire amount for the purchase.

What if the product I ordered on the site looks different than the product I recieved?
