We offer returns on all our products. Get a refund by returning the item to us by mail within 30 days of purchasing the order and within 14 days of recieving the products. Make sure to write the order number on both the outside and the inside of the package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only offer returns and refunds on physical products.

"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number, and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."
If your order was unexpectedly canceled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com
To redeem a promotion, simply enter the code you received in the box titled "Discount Code" during the checkout process. Please note only one discount code can be applied per order.
Orders are generally processed within 1-3 days. If your Order Status indicates that your order has not yet shipped but the merchandise is in stock, this could be the result of one of the following:
- We were unable to obtain a proper credit approval for your purchase.
- We were provided a credit card billing address that could not be verified with your credit card issuer.

Unclaimed goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee, currently 29.9 USD. If the cost of the product does not exceed 29.9 USD, we reserve the right to keep the entire amount for the purchase.
