CompassNature offers Free Shipping Worldwide for all of our products.
We have partnered with DHL Express, USPS, FedEx and many more shipping companies in order to make our deliveries as fast and smooth as possible.
We have a processing time of 1-3 days to quality-check and package your items before they are shipped. If the products are available in our local warehouse, they will be shipped with express shipping and have a delivery time of 5-7 business days.
If the items are not available in our local warehouse, they will instead be shipped from our foreign warehouse with trackable delivery within 8-15 business days.
Products that include a separate battery/powerbank, require a more secure shipping method, which may result in a longer delivery time of up to 10-20 days in total.

Returns
Get a full refund by returning the item to us by mail within 30 days of purchasing the order. Make sure to write the order number on both the outside and the inside of the package.
Provided that the product/s are returned in their original packaging and new condition and in turn carefully packaged for return.

We only offer returns and refunds on physical products. Digital products (e-books or courses) are not eligible for returns or refunds.
