Products that include a separate battery/powerbank, require a more secure shipping method, which may result in a longer delivery time of up to 10-20 business days.

Returns
Obtain a refund by returning the item to us via mail within 30 days of purchasing the order or within 14 days of receiving the order. Be sure to include the order number and your name on the inside of the package.
This is applicable under the condition that the product(s) are returned in their original packaging and new condition, carefully packaged for the return.
