Returns
Obtain a refund by returning the item to us via mail within 30 days of purchasing the order or within 14 days of receiving the order. Be sure to include the order number and your name on the inside of the package.

The crank was a bit to optimistic about its ability to charge a phone, I rotated the crank for 10-15 minutes and not even a single % was gained on the iPhone 12 Pro Max.
