Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and sent well packaged.
The item should be returned to us as soon as possible, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the return is received by us within 14 days from the date you notified us of your intention to exercise your right of refund. The item should be packaged well, in new condition, and in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
Hygiene items such as socks, support socks, and compression tights are not eligible for returns. To return these products, the packaging must be unopened and the product must be un-tested. For example, a 5-pack of support socks must be unworn for the packaging to be considered unopened. These items cannot be exchanged for a different size if they have been tried on.
When using our quantity discount, the discount will no longer apply in case of a return of one or more of the products. This is regulated before we issue a refund to you as a customer.
For example, if you buy 5 items and receive a 20% discount, and then return two of those items, the 20% discount will no longer apply to the purchase. The refund will be adjusted automatically before we issue it to you.
Therefore, you cannot purchase 5 items to receive the discount and then return one of them, as this will result in the discount being forfeited.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
If a product is returned to us and is damaged, used, or in an unacceptable condition or if the instructions above have not been followed, we will not be able to give you a refund and we may need to send it back to you (and you will be responsible for the shipping costs). Alternatively, at our discretion, we may reduce your refund to reflect the value of a product.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Packages not collected:
Unclaimed goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee, currently 29.9 USD.
