CompassNature offers Free Trackable Shipping on all our products.

We have partnerships with DHL Express, Postnord, Early Bird, and many other shipping companies to ensure our deliveries are as fast and smooth as possible.

You will always receive an automatic order confirmation once your order is placed, along with an email containing delivery information when your package is shipped. If you do not find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder or other folders besides your primary inbox.

You can use the tracking number to monitor the route of your order using our tracking pages.

We have a processing time of 1-3 days to quality-check and package your items before they are shipped. If the products are available in our local warehouse, they will be shipped with express shipping and have a delivery time of 5-7 business days.

If the items are not available in our local warehouse, they will instead be shipped from our foreign warehouse with trackable delivery within 8-15 business days.

Products that include a separate battery/powerbank, require a more secure shipping method, which may result in a longer delivery time of up to 10-20 days in total.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If a product/shipment has been damaged during transport, this should be reported to the shipping company as soon as possible, usually through the collection point/distributor. Visible external damages should be reported upon receipt, while hidden damages should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Failure to report transportation damage within this time frame forfeits the right to claim on the product, as it cannot be proven afterward how the damage occurred.
