Returns
Obtain a refund by returning the item to us via mail within 30 days of purchasing the order or within 14 days of receiving the order. Be sure to include the order number and your name on the inside of the package.

Som en tidigare recensent har påpekat: jag är imponerad över dess storlek, den är verkligen stor och rymlig och den har många fack. Jag valde originalstorleken men den är gigantisk för mig som är 161 cm. För mig är den väldigt oproportionerlig: bröstspännet som är menat att avlasta tyngden sitter för långt ner, precis vid diafragman. Den är bredare än min egna rygg. Ryggsäcksremmarna fick jag dra åt tills det tog stopp för att den ska sitta nära kroppen, vilket resulterar i att remmarna hänger och dinglar en bra bit ner. Den sitter inte så bekvämt på, den känns stor och klumpig.
Den passar nog bäst om man ska åka på en hajkingutflykt, men att ha den till vardags som en flexibel väska är det nog bättre att välja något annat.
Kvalité är som förväntat, även leveranstiden (ca 15 dagar). Har inget att anmärka på vad gäller fabriksfel. Men tyget känns inte vattentätt, har en annan väska i liknande material och den är definitivt inte vattentät. Jag gillar dock tyget och att det är lite lätt glansigt.
Jag kommer pga storleken därför skicka tillbaka denna.

I am impressed with the size of it, I knew it was big, but personally I was impressed. I really liked it, it has a nice amount of pockets, I will only test it later if it really is the waterproof and she is a shiny black and not matte. I highly recommend the purchase, it will serve for several occasions, from trips to routine.
The item received in the specified period of time thank you as described, the backpack is super. the quality of tailoring, the material, all the locks are of excellent quality. This backpack is more of a tourist, it is a little uncomfortable to open for everyday wear, and it is a little narrow in the neck. But it's a pleasure to go somewhere with him.
Excellent backpack, does not keep the shape of course soft all but for carrying all things laptop documents will go just right. The quality of excellent threads that stick out did not find any at all, I see that everything is sewn well since I sew myself.
