Bad quality

Broke after a month of use by my wife. Customer support was quick to send a replacement but that one broke after a month as well. I suspect low quality thin wires hence the contact issue: the vest would only turn on if the wire was turned in a certain way. No answer to refund inquiry. Normal indoor usage.

The vest was not inkluded in my delivery

Waited for 3,5 weeks, and when the package was delivered, the vest was missing. The other half of the delivery was a power bank, but haven’t tested it without the vest.
