Returns
Obtain a refund by returning the item to us via mail within 30 days of purchasing the order or within 14 days of receiving the order. Be sure to include the order number and your name on the inside of the package.
This is applicable under the condition that the product(s) are returned in their original packaging and new condition, carefully packaged for the return.

The parcel came in 7 days which is fantastic! I checked the quality and everything seems fine. I do not know how it will last in the long run as of yet, but as of now, no comments. In general, I am pleased with the product!

The set itself is excellent and the most complete. The stick with the iron handle was not in the package and scratched the kettle, Althought the wooden spoon was in the bag. Better the other way around. Just an advice. Also the pan have some scratches.
