We have a processing time of 1-3 days to quality check and package your items before they are shipped.
After the quality check and packaging, your package will be sent with trackable delivery and is estimated to arrive within 5-14 business days.
Products that include a separate battery/powerbank, require a more secure shipping method, which may result in a longer delivery time of up to 10-20 days in total.

Returns
Get refund by returning the item to us by mail within 30 days of purchasing the order. Make sure to write the order number and your name on the inside of the package.
Provided that the product/s are returned in their original packaging and new condition and in turn carefully packaged for return.
